Jumilla – Protected Designation of Origin

Designation of Origin Jumilla wines are currently elaborated with the most modern techniques. Coupled with the extreme care of the grapes, this gives Jumilla wines an excellent quality, making the Designation of Origin Jumilla an emerging and leading designation within the domestic and international wine sectors, being one of the Spanish Designation of Origin that more wine sells.

SINNER ROSÉ  (Jumilla PDO)

Area of Production:  Jumilla – Protected Designation of Origin.

The warm climate and influence of the Mediterranean Sea produce fruity wines with a lot of characteristics from predominantly limestone soil.

Grape Variety:  Tempranillo 100%

Elaboration:  Traditional, but utilizing the most advanced technologies.  Its vinification is realized in stainless steel deposits under temperature control at 17ºC.

Tasting Notes: 

Color:  Intense Cherry Red.

Aroma:  Fresh, with remembrance of ripe red fruits (Wild Strawberry and Red Raspberry).

Flavor:  Flamboyant (Fruity) and fresh.  Lightly sweet.Recommended

Pairings:  Ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to risotto, pasta, meats and asian dishes.  Can be enjoyed chilled (6 -8º C).

SINNER WHITE (Jumilla PDO)

The warm climate and influence of the Mediterranean Sea produce fruity wines with a lot of characteristics from predominantly limestone soil.

Grape Variety:  Verdejo – Sauvignon Blanc

Elaboration:  Traditional, but utilizing the most advanced technologies.  Its vinification is realized in stainless steel deposits under temperature control at 17ºC.

Tasting Notes: 

Color:  Clean, straw with greenish nuances.

Aroma:  Fresh, intense, mineral, over a base of white fruit.

Flavor:  Light, fresh, and with a very well balanced acidity.Recommended Pairings:  Ideal as accompaniment to light dishes such as risotto, fish and seafood.  Can be enjoyed chilled (4 – 7º C).
